ENGAGED EMPLOYEES CAN SPARK FAMILY BUSINESS SUCCESS
Columbus, OH � During the May 17 Conway Center for Family Business educational program Dwight Seeley, Vice President of Employee Benefit Programs at Sequent, Inc., and Debra Penzone, president of the Charles Penzone Salons, will share their experience and demonstrate how to engage employees in order to maximize the potential of family businesses.
Seeley and Penzone will elaborate on the value of engaging employees and examine why team building and communication among employees is vital to the creation of integrity, sustainability and success. Participants will learn how to measure and evaluate engagement in their business so they can attain peak performance by motivating and inspiring their employees.

Navigating Change: Moving Your Family Business Forward
Kimberlie England, principal and national practice leader of Communication and Change Management at Findley Davies, and Debra Crow, Corporate Communications Manager for The Andersons, Inc. will lead the Conway Center for Family Business educational program, "Navigating Change: Moving Your Family Business Forward" from 7:30-9:00 a.m. on April 19 at Alumni Hall at Ohio Dominican University, 1216 Sunbury Road.
England and Crow will outline four key steps to effectively manage change and share how The Andersons successfully implemented extensive changes in healthcare benefits and retirement plans. The session will teach participants how to integrate employees into their strategic plans from day one and improve relationships at all levels throughout the process.
