HR Best Practices on Employee Engagement

October 19, 2017 – 7:30-9:00 a.m.
Ohio Dominican University Alumni Hall
1215 Sunbury Rd.
Columbus, OH 43219

Employee Engagement – and retention – is particularly important in a tight job market. PATH, a Conway Center member, will facilitate the discussion and best practices with Mark
Swepston
, CEO of Atlas Butler and Fred
Pfening
 of Fred D.
Pfening
Company. They will discuss how they built – and sustain – a thriving culture as their organizations continue to grow.

Rick
Crossland
of A Player Advantage, another Conway Center family business member, will join the panel to provide input on creating internal development systems to help retain and promote employees from within.

This panel discussion dives deep into current trends and gives you a chance to ask your questions about the best way to engage employees in your family business.
