Now What?  Life After Succession
Sponsored by:

April 20, 2017 – 7:30-9:00 a.m.
The Community Room at Alumni Hall
Ohio Dominican University
1215 Sunbury Rd., Columbus, OH 43219

We have an incredible panel of family business leaders in all phases of retirement who will share their stories and succession journeys with you. Join Joel Guth, of Gryphon Financial Partners, as he facilitates the discussion with:
  • Mark Corna, Former President & CEO, Corna Kokosing
  • Joe Dager, Chairman, Velvet Ice Cream
  • Ken Heiberger, CEO, Heiberger Paving
This is a great opportunity to learn about ways to prepare for – and enjoy – life after succession. The discussion will revolve around how and why the founders and/or senior generation should develop a plan for what they envision their life to look like after they exit.  Designing this next chapter requires self-awareness and understanding of what they really want within each area of their lives – family, hobbies, philanthropy, etc. We will also discuss how next gen and others in the family business can help facilitate a smooth process to full retirement. Don’t miss it!
