The Conway Center is partnering with six (6) of the largest institutions in the region to allow you to post open positions on HandShake - a recruiting tool for university students and alumni.
The current universities working with us include:
- Ohio Dominican University (ODU)
- The Ohio State University
- Capital University
- Otterbein University
- Ohio Wesleyan University
- Columbus State University
While your company may already have a HandShake account, if our team posts your job opening(s), we have a 100% approval rating that will allow the job to be listed due to our relationship with ODU. This opportunity is available at no cost to all Conway Center members (family business and Service Provider members).
Overview of Process:
✓ Complete the Job Submission Form to enter details about your open position.
✓ Within 24 hours of submitting your job(s), a Conway Center employee will enter the information into the HandShake account.
✓ Partner schools will approve the job and it will be made available to candidates searching in HandShake.
✓ Any applications we receive for your job(s) will be forwarded to the email address you indicated on the Job Submission Form for you to contact the candidate(s).
